Job Description
Quality Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services at Monroe Community Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements for healthcare personnel.
• Oversee personnel management, including conducting background checks, maintaining necessary licenses, and managing staffing schedules.
• Coordinate and provide mandatory educational training for healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
• Implement and ensure staff training in federally-mandated areas, including effective communication, resident's rights, abuse prevention, infection control, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York State.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
