Position Overview:
Barsys, a pioneering company in digitizing the drinking experience through consumer robotics and SaaS-based applications, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in steering the company towards achieving its innovative goals in the technology-driven beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Barsys' mission of revolutionizing the drinking experience.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee operational processes and workflows, ensuring they are efficient and in line with the latest technological advancements in consumer robotics and software applications.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
Project Management: Spearhead critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Utilize expertise in consumer robotics and SaaS to drive project success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO, employees, customers, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, enhancing Barsys' position in the market.
Innovation Advocacy: Promote a culture of continuous innovation, staying abreast of trends in consumer robotics and digital applications in the beverage industry.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in technology, robotics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of consumer robotics and SaaS platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
