About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle daily HR & Admin operations, perform as HRBP to spport the Managing Director to manage staff issues of South China
2.responsible for recruitment, payroll, C&B, staffing etc.
3.Work closely with the headquarters HR team to assist in the implementation and promotion of human resources recruitment, salary and benefits, employee relations, training and development and other related modules. And ensure the local implementation and implementation of human resources policies and regulations
Responsible for communication between the company and relevant government departments and office park management departments, and application for various government support projects and funds
