Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the mental health landscape in India and identify potential areas for expansion.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and other channels.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our AI-focused approach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
• Experimentation: Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics and channels for better ROI.
• Reporting: Regularly report on growth metrics and campaign performance to the management team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to promote our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
