A Brief Overview
This position is the lead member of the Procurement Operations team and will be accountable for leading and
executing on key strategic and operational aspects throughout the P2P lifecycle supporting leadership and
business partners. This role will be a mix of operations expertise, research, data analysis and technology and
relationship management. This role will also have responsibilities in local purchasing activities as needed.
Qualified candidate should be results driven, highly effective communicator, detailed-oriented, and proficient in
long range strategic planning and one who thrives in a team based, dynamic and evolving environment. This
candidate will also be responsible for supporting and coaching junior level colleagues in the procurement
department.

What you will do
Participate in project management activities, program development efforts, process enhancement
initiatives, and compliance management efforts intended to facilitate achievement of objectives.
Co-lead offshore Procurement Operations resources to support end-to-end procure-to-pay process
including ticket management, Third-Party Lifecycle process, Stakeholder Management, Vendor/Supplier
Engagement, and Critical issue Management. Support local purchasing as needed.
Researches, analyzes, coordinates, and responds to the needs of the business and/or identified
project/program using various sources, preparing reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) for
dissemination to management, partners and executives.

Demonstrates superior data analysis as well as building and maintaining dashboards to track key
operational indicators, pulling insights from the data to help develop and drive future goals for
operational enhancements that improve program, user experience and/or business outcomes.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance, analyzing
data to assist leadership with making informed decisions.
Provides P2P support including educating purchasers on procurement requirements, tools and systems,
procedures and policies. Develops and delivers training and assistance to users answering questions and
requests for assistance. Provides information and explanations regarding software, applications, and
operations.
Conduct on-going analysis of Procurement reporting to identify defective trends, continuous process
improvement and automation opportunities.
Translates voice of customer into process evolutions to be incredibly responsive to business’s needs and
to improve operational impacts on user experience, user satisfaction, as well as other business outcomes.
Collaborates with department people leaders to provide high quality, ongoing coaching and support to
junior level analysts reflective of TriNet's leadership profile and Core Values.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience Qualifications
Typically 8+ years Experience in a procurement operations or finance operations related role with strong
focus on procurement tools and systems and processes. required
Typically 2+ years in project and program management preferred
Skills and Abilities
Highly demonstrated ability to research, analyze and report on various data elements from multiple
sources.
Decision-making skills and analytical understanding
Strong inquiry management and customer service skills; demonstrated effectiveness with supplier
relations.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. (Advanced proficiency)
Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills. (Advanced proficiency)
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and progressive environment.
Ability to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to follow up on pending issues, take initiative and call out problems.
Deep technical capability along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to understands the full P2P cycle quickly.
Ability to communicate across multiple organizations and levels, fostering and developing a strong
working relationship with key cross-functional working areas to ensure stakeholders needs are taken into
consideration.
