Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned Mechanical and Software Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience? Xalon Inc is on the lookout for a Co-founder & CTO with expertise in AutoCAD Alias for prototyping and designing concept vehicles. Initially, this position is remote, with a requirement to relocate to California after 6-8 months.

Key Responsibilities:

-Mechanical and Software Engineering Expertise: Bring a wealth of experience in both mechanical and software engineering to drive innovation in automotive design and technology.

-AutoCAD Alias Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Alias for efficient prototyping and designing of concept vehicles.

-Remote Collaboration: Work remotely in the initial phase, actively contributing to the development of our groundbreaking projects.

-Relocation to California: Prepare to relocate to California after 6-8 months, contributing directly to our on-site operations.

-Technical Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and drive the technological direction of the company.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in both mechanical and software engineering roles.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD Alias for prototyping and designing concept vehicles.

-Proven track record in leading and delivering complex engineering projects.

-Ability to work remotely and relocate to California as required.
