Who You Are:

• An experienced Data Leader with 7+ years in data science, analytics, or related fields, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
• A Growth Experimentation Guru with a solid grasp of methodologies and frameworks, skilled in A/B and multivariate testing.
• A MarTech Aficionado with hands-on experience in modern marketing technology stacks and tools.
• A Data Whisperer, proficient in SQL, Python/R, and other data analysis tools, with a knack for translating data into strategy.
• A Natural Leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders alike.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in leading data initiatives in high-scale startups.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics.
