YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
You will join a CSM team of 6 people. You will be the point of reference for our clients throughout the life of their project, to ensure its success.
YOUR TASKS
Your role will be to:
Manage digital projects in an international environment, from the kick-off meeting to the final deployment of the application: understand the context, stakes & objectives of the project, coordinate the creation of the app guide the customer in the implementation of its deployment strategy.
Be the point of reference for the customer relationship, the first point of contact.
Monitor customer engagement, analyze KPIs. Propose new offers according to customer needs
Collect customer feedback: you'll be the voice of the customer in Teach on Mars processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are organized and flexible, with experience in digital project management, an affinity with data and the ability to propose solutions independently. Fluency in English is a must, with other languages (Italian, German, Spanish) an asset.
If you enjoy working with key accounts (especially in the luxury goods industry) with high standards, you won't be disappointed.

RECRUITING PROCESS
Our recruitment process is designed to bring out the best in you and consists of four stages:
An initial interview with Claire, or a member of our CSM team to discuss the position and understand your motivations.
A second interview with potentially future colleagues to get a deeper understanding of your skills.
A case study interview where you'll be put in a situation and asked to deal with realistic customer management scenarios.
A final interview with Delphine, our COO, for a concluding discussion.
All stages can be done via videoconference.
