The revenue, appreciation and loan pay down of income property over years creates substantial wealth and financial freedom for the owner.

Yet the difficulty of finding the right properties, and knowing how much to pay for an investment presents as difficult a challenge as ever to investing in real estate, especially for the vast majority of investors and aspiring investors who are part-time non-experts.

The Solution We're Building

Our mission at Revenuu is to democratize the wealth building power of real estate investment by making it easier for anyone to evaluate and invest in residential income property with confidence, efficiency, and accuracy.

Imagine being able to type in any address and getting back the maximum value the investor could pay for that property in order to improve it and still generate positive cash flow.

Behind this simple result, there are substantial but surmountable challenges in procuring, modeling and integrating vast and diverse data sets. Equally challenging is the development of a scalable web-based application that makes the data and underlying calculations transparent, intuitive and customizable.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for technologist cofounders who have the passion, experience and expertise in data science and/or scalable SaaS applications to build a product, team and company that will make it easier for millions of aspiring investors to create better lives for themselves and their families through real estate investment.

The ideal cofounder is looking for an early stage start up opportunity, willing to work collaboratively with a domain expert and believes that work isn’t work when you’re doing what you love.
