About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- To design and development of the company's hardware products, including scheme design, schematic design, PCB design, hardware debugging, etc.
- To participate in project requirements analysis, hardware solution design and feasibility assessment.
- To set up and implementation of hardware testing plans, including functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing, etc.
- To work with software engineers to complete joint debugging of hardware and software.
- To research new technologies and their application to improve the company's technical level and product competitiveness.
- To work out hardware design documents and test reports, and organize and archive relevant materials.
- To analyze and solve problems found during product mass production.
- To guide and train junior hardware engineers to improve the overall technical level of the team

Special requirements:
1.At least a bachelor's or higher degree in Science, Technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
2.Proficient in Schematic diagram and PCB designing software. With reliable back ground of digital circuit, analog circuit basics and electronic circuit design experience.
3.Familiar with programmable elements such as CPLD/FPGA, good at VHDL or Verilog language
4.Knowledge in the development relevant area of electronic products. Familiar with the engineering designing of product reliability, EMC, safety regulations, explosive proof
5.Can independently work on the solution design, device selection, and interface design of digital-analog hybrid circuit systems
6.Have the ability to design corresponding modules to implement and complete corresponding documents according to needs;
7.Experience in bulk production of hardware, can guide junior engineers and manufacturing team on mass production
8.Applicants with experience in sensor and instrumentation design will be given priority.
