The Role

Key Accountabilities

✍️ What will I work on?

Lead development of our iOS Apps
Mostly hands-on coding work, with 20% management work
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Requirements

🤹 What skills are required?

Expertise in Swift & Swift UI, good knowledge of ObjC
5+ years experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, UIKit etc.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with RESTful API's to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Experience implementing automated testing for iOS
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Management of 1-3 iOS developers

Nice to Have

experience working at a fast environment that does a lot of A/B testing
experience working with Social apps
experience using dating apps
experience working with existing code base of +5 years
experience working at startups
experience with android development

About Salary

$65k to $100k, plus Quarterly Bonus and End Of Year Bonus!
