About the Team

You will lead a distributed team across Europe and Asia, with shared time for collaborative activities such as planning, retros, stand-ups, and brainstorming sessions. The team is building both a B2C & B2B Marketplace for tens of millions of active users to purchase various digital stationary and customisable learning materials, including notebook templates, stickers, and exam prep resources. Additionally, we manage the infrastructure that supports Goodnotes’ in-app purchases and subscription services.

What you’ll do

• Scale the marketplace in terms of users, creator & content.
• Contribute to strategy, create roadmaps and lead sprints
• Scale and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of the team

Who you are

• Have experience of working on world class B2C products that have been used by millions
• You have experience of leading engineering teams, providing technical expertise and career guidance
• Have a working knowledge of mobile ecosystem, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
• You are ready and able to do some hands on coding when required
• You are passionate about productivity, marketplace and forefront technologies in general
