Accounting Internship (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• To be a part of the Accounts team responsible for maintaining well-organized and accurate accounting functions
• Bookkeeping and recordings.
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting records & filing.
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Assist in preparing cash flow reports monthly, SST preparation, submissions, and invoicing.
• Assist in preparing a company account and submitting it for audit.
• Supports & liaises with the HR department on all related administrative or finance tasks.

Job requirements:

• Candidates must be in their final year/graduate in Finance/Accounting or any related field with an understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes (proficient in Excel / Google Sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized, able to come up with processes/ systems
• Able to meet goals and objectives
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and teamwork.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Min internship for 4 months. Preferably 6 months.
