What will you do?
We’re looking for an exceptional (human) individual who wants to change how people see themselves and others. By crafting detailed test strategies and meticulously executing them to validate our software’s functionality and performance. As Quality Assurance Tester role will actively collaborate with our development, AI and product team ensuring all our products adhere to the highest quality standards before release.Your responsibilities include:
- Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Systematically execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, security, and usability of the software.
- Log, report, and track software bugs and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools.
- Regularly review and adapt testing processes based on defect metrics, feedback, and technological advancements to ensure testing is efficient and effective including test automation.
- Work closely within cross-functional teams during scrum cycles, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Document and maintain evidence of test execution, anomalies, and test results for transparency, future reference, and compliance purposes, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Who are you?
- +2 Years of experience writing and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with various testing/issue tracking systems tools (e.g. Gitlab, JIRA).
- Ability to understand and challenge complex software specifications, identify potential issues and create strategies to reproduce and report defects.
- Attention to details to catch minor defects, inconsistencies or malfunctions to assure the software meets our quality standards.
- Strong ability to convey intricate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Driven and competitive personality, the motivation and desire to get better and master new skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
