Snr / Jr System Engineer - Hardware + Software Product development

We are looking to add a systems engineering capability to our technology team that will help co-ordinate cross discipline effort to deliver complicated systems spanning hardware and software.

Responsibilities:

• This high impact and ovenership role will focus on 3 main work streams at diffrent maturity and level of completion. Some entering NPI / Launch and others requiring early R&D and prototyping. This role requires a lot of collaboration and its very hands on.
• Final Validation and Performance monitoring. So that the right improvements can be made based on data.
• Supporting field pilots / beta launches to asses product fit and readiness to launch.
• Requirements elicitation, Test plan drafting and execution (approach V-model).
• Assisting through certification process EMC, CE and other standards
• Championing documentation of engineering deliverables
• Prototyping, testing and developing new features and products
• Facilitating collaboration between teams and suppliers to ensure the right problems are being solved
• Requirements:
• At least 3+ experience of working with hardware and software systems
• Consumer electronics, Micromobility or Automotive background is a must
  
• Engineering background ME or EE
• Demonstrated V&V experience,
• Worked through the whole product development cycle
• Motivate and driven person who can hustle to get stuff done
• Project planning knowlage with tools as GANTT and JIRA
