Software Developer for Web Based Workforce Management System

Looking for a software developer that has good experience with time tracking applications, relational databases, employee batabases, scheduling, asset tracking, reporting, and live dashboards among other funtionalities. This is a project that is in full development while it is being used in a live enviroment so we are looking for someone who can step in to complete tasks for new features and funtions, bug fixes, optimize for mobile use, optimize current implementations, and have the capability to integrate other applications and upgrades to new frameworks, etc.

This project has a very clear vision and plan with what needs to happen and hoping to get things moving as quickly as possible. We have a developer currently working on this project but we are looking for someone who can jump in to assist with the possibility of taking over this project entirely.
