Who you are

As part of the Product Design team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and improving the user experience of our B2B (Xceed Pro) & B2C (Xceed App) platform while helping us in disrupting the way people live the best nights of their lives.

Your dedication to user-centered design and your ability to fuse creativity with functionality will define the future of Xceed's user experiences, leading us to the cutting edge of innovation.

IMPORTANT: This opportunity is available as either a full-time or part-time role, with an immediate start on a fixed-term contract (FTC) for six (6) to eight (8) months to cover maternity leave. Following this period, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract on a freelance basis or transition to a permanent position, depending on the company’s needs.

What will you do

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, comprehending requirements and transforming them into captivating, user-centric interfaces.
• Validate design choices through user research, usability testing, and data insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics.
• Drive UX vision in alignment with product roadmaps.
• Iterate designs iteratively, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability tests.
• Propose strategic improvements, pioneering new ideas that elevate our company to new heights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply and implement your expertise in conceptual design, wireframing, high-fidelity UI prototyping, and detailed design.
• Craft meaningful mobile and web experiences, harmonizing user needs and business objectives.
• Cultivate and curate design systems, style guides, and UI components, ensuring coherence across our products.
• A/B testing
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the dynamic landscape of UX/UI design.
• Analyze the data collected through A/B tests and deliver valuable insights derived from the analysis.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in the UX/UI field, ideally working in start-up environment
• Able to communicate ideas through sketches, wireframes and mock-ups, all the way down to pixel-perfect design as needed.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in Sketch, Figma, Zeplin and other prototyping tools.
• Solid experience working on large products across different platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce businesses and/or marketplaces, preferably within nightlife and events industry space.
• You have worked with a design thinking process mindset
• Fluency in English. Other European languages are welcomed!
