We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply in our Poland ride-hailing operations.

About the role
We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to use the data provided to form business insights, spot potential for development and recommend changes in the business in order to manage and grow supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Poland.
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager(s), where your work will have a direct impact on business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing data from various sources (rides data, user feedback, financial reports, etc.) to monitor supply/demand performance and create reports with key insights for stakeholders.
- Tracking and developing KPIs (e.g.: ride volumes, driver availability, customer satisfaction, and revenue) and dashboards to monitor real-time company performance.
- Conducting and benchmarking market research to understand trends and compare company performance against competitors.
- Documenting and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Developing and recommending scenarios and strategies to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Leading projects and communicating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure operational success and alignment on business goals.
About you:
- You have a data-driven mindset, you approach problems methodically & have +1 years of experience in an analytical position.
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish
- You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
- You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.
- You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- You possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work.
- You have a solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis - you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.
- You are a team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues, while also being customer-oriented and adept at using feedback to improve services/ensure supply growth.
