The Role

Shout out to all experienced sales representatives in Kuala Lumpur! We’re expanding and inviting 60 aspiring SDRs in Kuala Lumpur to meet us. Your basic starts at MYR 3 000! On-target earnings could rewrite your paycheck to RM7,100 where 40% of our current team achieves consistently. Join our team which offers great packages and awesome uncapped commissions!

We are a fast-growing company and we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities with targeted outbound prospecting strategies to build rapport and set discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling Activities - Schedule meetings with distributed leads from our leads analyst.
Email Enrolments - Enrol your leads into NURTURE or AGOGE Email sequences to schedule meetings
Sales Development - Conduct Discovery, Demo, Proof-of-concepts with your leads to convert them into users and clients.
Reporting & Sales Pipeline Management (User/Merchant Acquisition) - Ensure timely updates on client’s report and NECTAR pipelines
Stakeholder Management - Ensure a positive communication loop among stakeholders of all your accounts
Customer Success Collaboration - Collaborate with CS team to secure renewals and expansion of accounts
BDR Collaboration - Collaborate with Internal BDR to closed accounts/lead

Job Requirements:

At least 1 - 2 years' of cold call experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
Experienced in cloud-based Sales tools like Hubspot/Salesforce
Have your own laptop
