Maximus is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to focus on how we position our products and our go-to-market strategies. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the telehealth industry, who can bridge the gap between product development and market success. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably at a tech startup in health-tech.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for focus area(s), ensuring alignment with Maximus's mission and vision in men's health optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Medical Professionals, and Legal to communicate product benefits and features scientifically, clearly, and consistently.
Segmentation, Positioning, and Messaging: Lead the identification and development of precise segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategies for new and existing products. Conduct thorough pricing analysis to determine best product pricing to achieve positive unit economics (minimizing payback period and maximizing customer value). Ensure alignment with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Maximus's unique value proposition in telehealth.
Customer Insights and Journey Mapping: Cultivate a deep understanding of user needs, wants, and habits through continuous research, testing, and analysis. Design, maintain, and optimize customer journey maps, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
Content and Communication Management: Own, manage, and implement customer communication across the journey, including webpages, and email. Operate as a key liaison between various departments, driving cross-selling, nurturing campaigns, and scaling existing offerings.
Compliance and Ethical Considerations: Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure that all marketing materials and strategies comply with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Qualifications:
Industry Expertise: 5+ years in product marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience at a technology startup, specifically in telemedicine or healthcare. Familiarity with men's health, hormone optimization, or related fields is a plus. MBA preferred.
Analytical Excellence: Advanced quantitative and deductive skills, with a proven ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise, make data-guided decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
Project Management and Prioritization: Outstanding prioritization and project management skills, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.
Storytelling and Communication: Powerful storytelling abilities in written, verbal, and visual forms, with experience crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Demonstrated skill in translating complex scientific concepts into accessible and engaging content.
Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Experience in crafting and implementing customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors, and lifetime value.
