Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Indore team. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences and drive engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling graphics for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website assets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging graphics, illustrations, and infographics for campaigns and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency by following established brand guidelines and ensuring all designs align with the organization's visual identity.
Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into visually appealing solutions.
Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a graphic designer or a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience in designing for digital platforms.
Knowledge of printing processes and pre-press techniques is advantageous.
Strong design skills, creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication abilities.
