Scrum Master, Project Manager (Cloud Platform)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our growing organization.The successful candidate will be an instrumental figure in our development processes, driving our rituals and managing projects to ensure effective and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Aid the team in the creation and refinement of the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of items for development.
• Work closely with the Product Lead to align team activities with project goals and product roadmap.
• Monitor project progress, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team to implement and adapt Agile best practices.
• Create an environment where open communication, creativity, and innovative problem-solving can flourish.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, prioritizing effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to 'get the job done' regardless of role definition.
• A personal commitment to quality and excellence in the job that you do.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the PaaS or SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software development technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Golang, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
• Proven experience of working with diverse teams and facilitating a collaborative work environment.
