StrategyCo.Global is a management consulting and technology company. We are based in Helsinki, Finland and Bangalore, India.
StrategyCo.Global’s technology arm is developing an AI product called Eve (practicewitheve.ai) - An AI-powered EdTech platform to help management consulting aspirants practice business-cases and prepare for interviews.
Our mission with the product is to provide candidates preparing for consulting interviews a complete-control of their learning process.

Location - Whitefield, Bangalore
Starting - Immediately

We are looking for a full-stack engineer to build and manage our product development. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience with the skills listed below.

Responsibilities include:

1. Design and implementation of the overall web architecture of an AI powered platform
2. Designing the architecture of our databases to ensure speed and reliability
3. Design responsive front end User Interfaces using React and integrate with the APIs
4. Write unit and integration tests to ensure correctness of your code
5. Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
6. Identify architectural weaknesses, design issues, performance and scalability issues, and recommend solutions
7. Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
8. Participate actively in code reviews

** Skills**

At least three years’ experience with:

1. Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
2. Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
3. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
4. A knack for benchmarking and optimization
5. Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices

At least two years experience with:

1. Building clean and re-usable components using ReactJS
2. Able to create UI components as Modules or Library.
3. Working with Linux based systems
4. Experience with deploying web applications in production environments using AWS EC2 or any other cloud service
5. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and bundlers like SCSS and Webpack
6. Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
7. Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
8. Proficiency with Git
9. Appreciation for clean and well documented code

Bonus points

• Knowledge of central state management library like Redux
• Experience building software products at an early-stage fast-growing startup
• Experience with agile methodologies in project management like Scrum
• Background in launching product in the Recruitment or EdTech organization
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment like startups
