Product Director

The Sunwater Institute is developing revolutionary products that improve legislatures, enable better elections, and safeguard liberties. The Director will be responsible for the development and operation of the existing product portfolio and advancing a pipeline of new product ideas. These include:

• Legis1.com, an existing platform that enables the US Congress, legislatures worldwide, and the policy community to collaborate, make better decisions, and improve performance
• Rightspedia.org, an existing centralized repository of knowledge on the evolution and future of rights worldwide
• A planned platform to help voters understand the relative performance of their representatives in Congress
• A planned universal group decision model that allows users to select and implement the optimal group decision process for any given situation
• A planned platform that allows the community to comment on the performance of public officials
• AI-driven offerings that leverage the data and tools developed at The Sunwater Institute

The Director will lead a team of product managers, data managers, designers, engineers, and others to develop and implement product roadmaps. The Director will work with sales, marketing, development, and the executive team on strategy and budgeting.
