Social Media Manager

What will you do?

• Drive our social media strategy across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) including creating brand voice, setting KPIs, and designing posting schedules.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Collaborate with other teams (Graphic Design, Copywriting) to generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Engage professionally and promptly with our online community (e.g., reply to comments)
• Use Analytics to review and drive performance

What are we looking for?

• Entrepreneurial spirit, reliability, and a passion for our mission
• At least 1 year of successful experience in social media management
• Exceptional copywriting skills in English, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Content creation skills for preparing copies, infographics, and short videos
• A strong academic record with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• Willingness to be co-located in our Venice HQ at least 80% of the time (accommodation provided)
