Job Description:

As a Senior Frontend Developer/Team Lead at Nicole the Math Lady, you will be at the forefront of shaping our e-learning platform using cutting-edge technologies, with a specific focus on React. You will lead a team of front-end developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, interactive, and user-centric front-end solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of frontend developers in delivering high-quality, bug-free code that meets project requirements
• Developing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using React and related technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and define effective frontend solutions
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and performance standards are met
• Staying up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, particularly within the React ecosystem
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering their growth, and enhancing their skills in React and associated technologies
• Participating in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and providing hiring recommendations
• Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver outstanding results
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuously improve our e-learning platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies
• Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, Context API, Common libraries like canvas, drag and drop, etc.)
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs, enabling effective collaboration with backend developers
• Prior experience working on e-learning platforms or educational technology projects is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward achieving project goals
