We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and create high-impact designs that deliver real value to our users. You will be working across all steps of the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure that the product experiences you create and design are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

On a typical day, you may be…

  • Hands on in product discovery and delivery working closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to bring amazing ideas to life.
  • Driving conception and ideation, user flow design, detailed interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Creating intuitive, elegant, and engaging UI designs.
  • Conducting user research, testing assumptions with stakeholders and customers, analysing and sharing findings, and creating the best solution for delivery.
  • Advocating for and championing design best practice across the product teams, across the business, and skillfully articulating design rationale.
  • Working closely with the engineers and testers to ensure that the product design outputs are fit for purpose and meet expectations.

Who you’ll be

A practitioner

  • A Product Designer with proven experience designing and shipping impactful products.
  • Capable of working autonomously and proactively and self prioritise work where necessary.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch, etc.

A craftsman

  • An expert in translating complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.
  • User centric with a high ability to dive to the heart of customers’ problems.
  • Can knowingly apply behavioural design techniques to (ethically) influence change in user behaviour.
  • Enthusiastic about the artistry and impact of design.
  • Can talk thought the nuances of your previous product design work that’s in customers’ hands today.

A collaborator

  • Experienced working with product managers and developers in an agile environment.
  • Able to balance high-level strategic thinking with the small executional details.
  • Excited to see the ideas you and team have go out live into customers' hands.

A beacon

  • Emanate design thinking and sense with a solid knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies including user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
  • A concise and impactful communicator, able to confidently back up complex design decisions and conceptual ideas to differing audiences.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and helping drive design practice and process.
  • Eager to mentor others in the team or even manage, depending on the candidate.
