Role - AWS Cloud Architect for Healthcare
Experience - 5+ Years
Location - USA or Bangalore, India (Remote)
We are looking for an AWS Cloud Architect with a background in healthcare to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, HIPAA-compliant, and cost-effective AWS environments for processing raw DNA sequencing data into actionable clinical results. You will be working with our team of engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to build a cutting-edge platform that will change the landscape of personalized medicine.
Responsibilities:
Architect and implement secure, scalable, HIPAA-compliant, and cost-effective AWS environments for processing raw DNA sequencing data into actionable clinical results.
Implement the AWS reference architecture for HIPAA apps and verify compliance with HIPAA controls.
Design and implement IAM, VPC, and other AWS services to achieve security controls.
Use Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to manage infrastructure as code.
Work with data scientists and clinicians to design and implement Docker-based deployments.
Work with our cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and compliance standards like HIPAA or SOC2.
Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AWS architecture design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of AWS services, including IAM, VPC, S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, and others.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Knowledgeable about Docker and Docker-based deployments.
Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and compliance standards like HIPAA or SOC2.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
