The Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, social selling, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each lead.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the technology or logistics industries.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
