The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales / Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new enterprise customers, as well as expanding our relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise customers through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in enterprise sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-level sales or enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or logistics industries.
  • Proven track record of success in closing large enterprise deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
