Back End - Team Lead

Welcome to Diaryz!

We are building the first vertical social network for unpaid family caregivers and are looking for a seasoned front end engineer to join our team. We have a robust team of junior front end devs, and a strong back end team with a lead, however our front end team is in need of creativity, leadership, expertise and mentorship. You would be joining on the ground floor as we are looking to launch V1 of our app!

We are a pre seed company so this would be an equity earning role only, with the potential to roll into PT/FT paid work following successful MVP launch and seed raise.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Represent the front-end development team in design conversations, providing ideas to enhance the product, while analyzing and managing technical risks.
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver development-ready mockups and assets.
• Lead development efforts ensuring successful project delivery.
• Offer technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring their continuous professional growth.
• Act as a project owner, being the main point of contact in developing and maintaining various front-end projects.

Ideally, You Have:

• 2-4 years experience of working in a back - end developer role, preferably with leadership experience.
• Our Tech Stack Frontend: Expo/React Native Axios Typescript

Backend: NestJS Docker AWS Postgres
