We are hiring an exceptional Customer Success Manager (CSM) responsible for building long-term, meaningful relationships with staff and administrators at assigned customers. As a CSM, you provide customers with a friendly voice, a point of contact for support, and a source of knowledge to ensure they meet both patient engagement and financial goals with our products.
The right CSM will excel at meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets from their accounts. They will understand and improve the customer’s goals around patient engagement and payments. A Repatient CSM will thrive in our fast-moving and results-driven culture when they are a self-starter who quickly adapts to the varying demands of this role, and who is energized when empowered to lead customers to a better financial future while improving patient care.
Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager
● Lead the training and onboarding of customers and staff on the Repatient programs
● Promote an energetic and committed Repatient fan base and create local ambassadors
● Maintain a detailed understanding of Repatient products and services
● Manage and resolve customer and patient questions and concerns
● Optimize and enhance the implementation and account management processes
● Monthly business reviews with customers to review accounts and overall performance
● Travel to customers as needed for onboarding, training, and to strengthen relationships
