The Role

Reorg Research provides breaking news and market-moving intelligence along with cutting-edge technology and data for hedge funds, investment banks and law firms. You’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic and impactful finance and accounting department.

What you’ll do as a Senior Accountant

• Support timely completion of month end close activities including account reconciliations and trend analysis
• Supports external auditors and specialists as necessary
• Assist with sales and corporate tax compliance
• Help ensure overall compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Drive process improvement and automate manual workflows
• Other duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of public accounting or internal accounting experience
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work independently, but is also a team player
• CPA preferred
• Experience with accounting software Intacct
• Experience in the SaaS industry
