We are building out our enterprise integrations platform to increase efficiency for our property manager clients as well as our internal service operations and account management teams.
We are looking for an experienced engineer with software development, data engineering, and systems design and architecture experience to build and lead our Enterprise Platform Team and project pipeline. You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders while collaborating and reporting to the CTO to build out a platform that integrates with multiple third party systems. This role is as much about the technical aspect as it is about the business aspect and you will be expected to collaborate with clients, vendors, and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the stable flow of data between Ivy's system and enterprise platforms
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable and flexible enterprise data platform
- Perform discovery work on integrations with new data sources and APIs
- Oversee technical implementation of all enterprise integrations through individual contributions and management of internal and external engineering resources
- Design quality checks and testing strategies to verify data transfers and validate data quality
- Implement monitoring systems to proactively detect potential integration issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, vendors and partners to understand business and technical requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with software engineering
- Experience integrating with third party systems, using REST APIs or other means
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience leading teams and projects, including reviewing other engineers' work and confirming quality and acceptance of work
- Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional experiences.
- A proactive and driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to take ownership and work efficiently.
- Desire and ability to share knowledge to other teammates
- Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats
Benefits
$150-180K
Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs.
