Ivy Energy is hiring for a Utility Coordinator role. This role will work in the operations department of the company and has immense growth potential. The timelines and completion ratios for utility company processes used by the company will measure the effectiveness of this role. The duties of this role will be related to administrative work and will be best suited for someone with solid organization and punctual written and verbal communication.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on utility coordination processes the company uses with its clients and partners.
  • Gain an understanding of utility organization, such as the roles and standard communication methods related to the utility administration processes used by the company.
  • Support internal teams with form submissions, inner project-related work, and 3rd party communication directly with utility companies.
  • Maintain up-to-date utility form versions for processes owned by this role.
  • Work to improve and optimize Ivy's operations regarding utility-involved processes used within the company's onboarding and operations workflow.
  • Support requests to and from utility companies that the company operates with.
  • Upon growth milestones, receive the responsibilities of training and supporting other team members in a similar role.
  • Oversee and carry out direct phone call communication with the utility on behalf of company clients for account changes authorized.

Requirements

Soft Skills Required:

  • Very strong self-organization.
  • Ability to maintain strong composure while tracking multiple communication threads digitally and verbally.
  • Strong comprehension of time management and how it affects personal bandwidth.
  • Able to read and comprehend long-winded administrative policy documents.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience working with large government or monopoly-like organizations.
  • Experience using and managing records in Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud or similar tools such as Jira.
  • Can demonstrate previous success managing 3rd party relationships for an organization.
