Customer Success Working Student

What you will be working on tasks:

Together with the Customer Success and the Sales team you will:

• Work hand in hand with project teams at corporate companies,
• Comprehend the requirements of our corporate international clients,
• Convert distinct client challenges into tailored and effective solutions,
• Implement tasks to assist clients in achieving optimal value,
• Specialize in the utilization of our AI coaching platform,
• Harness AI capabilities to develop compelling training programs for diverse roles,
• Contribute to the refinement of internal processes and advocate for a customer success mindset across all Retorio departments.

• You are experienced with digital technology and software,
• You speak German fluently and your English is exceptional,
• You are happy to go the extra mile and always see the bigger picture for your clients,
• Passion for technology and high interest in AI.
