Job Title: Onboarding Executive Intern
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Onboarding Executive Intern to support our Personal Outsourcing Platform in onboarding electricians, plumbers, and other similar roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process of new contractors and ensuring that they are trained and equipped with the necessary information about the platform to be successful in their roles. The Onboarding Executive Intern will work closely with the founder.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors, including collecting and verifying required documents, and providing necessary training.
Ensure that new hires are fully integrated into the company culture and aware of company policies and procedures.
Work with the HR and Operations SOPs to ensure that all new hires are compliant with relevant regulations and certifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contractor onboarding progress and completion.
Provide ongoing support to contractors as they transition into new form of lead generation.
Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with home services industry a plus.
Note: The On field Internship will only be for 1 month, after that Interns will be absorbed for In-Office Roles. After 2 Months of Total Internship Period, PPA can also be on the table upon performance during internship with improved equity options and better compensation.
