Roles and Responsibilities
• As a BDM you will be working concentrating on US/Canada IT Staffing.
• Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA/Canada
• Should have experience in Recruiting professionals for Various verticals across IT Domain in US/Canada.
• Identify Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into clients for increased business.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Researched and build up business relationships with new clients.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
**** Required Experience:****
• Minimum of 5 + years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US/Canada market.
• Lead generation
• Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
• Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
• Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
• Expert level technical recruitment skills.
