Project Test Lead

Responsibilities:
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery for the product
• Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate for a product
• Implementing and evolving appropriate measurements and metrics. To be applied against the product under test.
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement/release.
• As part of our large QA community, will participate in the evaluation of new trends and help to ensure that our QA team is properly positioned for the future.
• Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers in need
• Adhere to Agile methodologies incorporated in the team
• Strongly integrate with cross teams and be flexible to participate in both Manual testing based on project requirements as well as ability to convince project managers to apply good QA processes and show progress accordingly

Requirements:
• Must: Extensive experience in the area of quality assurance
• Must : experience in test co-ordination and management with different stakeholders involved
• Must: Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
• Must: Experience on Test management tools like Jira, Xray etc.
• Must : Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing Agile En-vironment
• Must: - Take responsibility to convince the QA team as well as project managers of appro-priate QA measures
• Must : Experience in testing technically and professionally complex systems
• Must: Excellent communication skills
• Must: Test designing concepts should be clear
• Good to have: Experience in TA implementation
• Good to have: Test automation framework designing
• Good to have: ISTQB certificate(s)
