Furthermore, we are looking to hire for the position of CMO, who has proven experience in any D2C space, preferably in the food & beverage segment. We are looking for 2-3 years of work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Looking to work in a startup culture where you have to wear multiple hats,
Willing to go the extra mile and work as a true owner of Pilk with full ownership,
Looking for a long time commitment, at least for 5-10 years because this is what it takes to build a great organization,
Should be located in Pune or willing to relocate.
Job Scope:
Brand building for a new plant-based milk category,
Handling the entire marketing for Pilk,
Planning and executing acquisition channels Ads, PR, brand-building activities,
Hiring for different marketing-related positions,
Community building from scratch to show hypergrowth organically,
Content marketing to drive growth,
Creative designing and formulating of brand identity,
Overlooking Performance marketing, SEO, Content, Influencer Marketing, and Sales teams,
Offline activities needed for brand building
Key Responsibilities:
Building a framework for brand, community, and growth,
Planning and hitting growth milestones,
Overlooking Performance, SEO, content, and creative team,
Looking after all the touchpoints needed for marketing,
Design and creative works, drafting and finalizing all the content work for the newsletter, cart recovery, information, communication at various touchpoints, etc &
Hiring Interns/ employees for other Sales & Marketing works like influencer marketing, offline taste-testing events, etc
Skills:
Brand Identity, Strategy, and Brand Building,
Community Building,
Performance Marketing, SEO,
Various aspects of branding and marketing in the D2C space,
Offline Marketing activities,
Design and creative works, Content marketing, UX & UI
Excel, Google Docs, Sheets & slides, MIS, Reports,
Market research, pricing research, competitor analysis,
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English,
Good interpersonal skills
