About the job
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to satisfy existing customers and help to have better products, who will help and explain to them how Sanction Scanner prevents new clients from Financial Crime.
What we expect the role to do on a daily basis:
Assist customers with setting up and navigating the software
Managing Customer Tickets and satisfying their requirements
Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Adding value to the feedback loop from customer to Product and vice versa.
Promote the value of the product
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Helping Customers with Technical Integration and Technical Questions

Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Technical skills required as they relate to the use of the product or service
Accountability and personal organization are essential
Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
A communications or marketing degree is preferred
