Sparkbay uses anonymous pulse surveys to encourage continuous feedback and provide actionable insights. Sparkbay helps provide targeted solutions to critical issues through employees’ collective intelligence.
We’re looking for a talented inside sales representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for:
o Hunting, prospecting and qualifying leads who fit our ideal customer profile;
o Relentlessly cold-calling HR leaders, executives, and business owners to determine whether they can benefit from our platform;
o Cultivating trust-based relationships with prospects and customers;
o Achieving monthly quotas of qualified leads and new opportunities.
Profile we are looking for:
o You are a natural hustler
o 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales;
o The motivation, drive, and independence to hit the ground running;
o Strong communication and negotiating skills;
o High degree of emotional intelligence
o You have a passion for what we’re building
o Scrappy, with a get shit done attitude
o BIG PLUS : Experience in selling to HR’s.
