We are looking for a software engineer/developer to augment our team as we grow.
Our ideal candidate is an independent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with multiple coding languages. They are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.
Improving our customers’ experience is our business. Each and every team member is a direct influencer. We get after it in a default aggressive and scrappy approach. Completing tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner not only delivers for customers; it also builds team confidence and fulfillment. It’s contagious.

We set an upbeat tempo with a blend of design thinking, lean start-up, and agile development sessions. Our team holds daily stand-ups, weekly operation, and planning meetings. No person is left on an island as all hands on deck collaborative meetings are called quickly to bring us together and clear roadblocks. Our developers work in highly collaborative teams.
Individual duties and responsibilities are set based on individual strengths and team needs. These are communicated to the whole team to set expectations. Each member reports their action toward duties and responsibilities weekly. We provide in-the-moment coaching. No quarterly or annual reviews. We want what is best for each individual and to see them succeed.
We are results-driven. Our investor reports are delivered quarterly. This develops a natural cycle of goal setting, action, and reporting. This creates clear and well-defined expectations for the team.
Our tech stack includes Neo4j graph database, Azure App Services, and Blazer with css. Candidates should have experience with these. Experience with UX/UI, Java, and PWAs are currently weak areas which we would like to add experience. Further experience with e-commerce or construction would add a helpful background in support of our core business. Our data collection is growing larger and larger; data science experience will help in our ability to effectively leverage it.
