Vice-President of B2B sales and marketing
Electrobac is looking for a dynamic and positive person to lead our corporate sales team. Applicants should expect to work with people who care deeply about the environment and want to learn, perform and have fun doing their jobs.

General description:
- Territory: Canada
- Clients: Enterprise size clients (1500 employees and more) and Governments
- Reports directly to: The CEO
- Current team: two sales representatives and a sales coordinator. The VP can count on the support of a data analyst, an external marketing agency and a external lobbying firm.
- Location: on-site in our Montreal office. We have a flexible remote/on-site work policy
Anticipated results:
- Hire, train, coach and grow a sales team composed of A player (2 to 3 new roles to recruit for 2023 alone)
- Ensure the sales team are hitting their individual and collective sales quotas
- Drive new business by taking the lead on 3-5 high level and strategic clients and partners
- Implement a scalable and ever refining sales process through processes, marketing tools, training, and others
- Identify, develop and activate strategic partnerships to generate new leads
- Elaborate and execute on the right marketing strategy to increase inbounds/referrals and improve sales cycle/closing rates
Must haves:
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Located in Montréal or Toronto (applicants not located in Canada are not to be considered)
- Self-motivated who loves to take the initiative.
- Ability to understand and maneuver in complex and strategic Enterprise sales cycles
- Relevant experience in the telecom, mobile management, or IT managed service industry (10 years min)
- Experience in managing, hiring and coaching a growing sales team
- Capacity to travel from time to time to meet partners, clients, and the team
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment
Good to have:
- Experience in high growth environment or in scaling-up a sales department
- Experience dealing with Governmental accounts and procurement process.
Compensation:
- On target earnings: 150k$. 120K base salary + 30K$ variable (un-capped).
- Up to 3% in stock-options
