The Role

Are you a high performaing SaaS sales exec who wants to join a mission-driven rocketship? Burnalong is a VC-funded enterprise SaaS digital health and wellness platform that genuinely helps people live healthier and happier lives through an approach INC Magazine said is "Pioneering a New Approach to Wellness (That Actually Sticks).”

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious AE to help grow the number of companies and insurers partnering with Burnalong.

What you'll be doing:

  • Run full sales cycles to generate new business
  • Manage your pipeline to accurately forecast on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate across teams (especially with SDRs and CS) to ensure client success and referrals
  • Take a challenger sales approach to win deals and deliver value for clients
  • Bring fresh ideas to the sales process to maximize revenue
  • Help mentor and lead your peers on the sales team
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Digital Health and Wellness industry and the emerging competitive landscape
  • Prospect new business through direct outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn and emails)

Who you are:

  • Experienced SaaS AE (5+ years of closing experience and/or with deep corporate wellness and benefits experience)
  • Selling into HR a plus, startup sales experience also a plus
  • An over-achiever who doesn't take no for an answer, and has a track record of closing and winning deals
  • Hunter mentality, experienced with outbound sales motion
  • Self-motivated, loves to hustle, can operate in a lean environment, and able to hit the ground running on day 1
  • Curious - focused on discovery and understanding our prospects wellness goals in order to solution sell
  • Ambitious, curious, and with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communicator and presenter that is able to quickly establish rapport with your prospects
