Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and collaborate with engineering to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our creators and consumers
• Brainstorm and iterate with your colleagues to help improve on the whole experience
• Design, write, edit, test and improve content. This includes product flows, social media, help center materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Asaya’s products and experiences
• Lead segmentation & analysis to help us understand creator & consumer needs, as well as the competitive landscape
• Onboard both emerging and established creators on Instagram, owning outreach, pitch, and execution stages
• Collaborate with team to implement and ensure the ongoing success of partnerships with creators
• Develop product design spec and roadmap for alpha, beta and releases

• Asaya is an early stage startup. Wearing multiple hats will be necessary
• Caring deeply about building a quality product at the speed of startup
• The ability to abstract away complexity, both in the context of feature scope and in creating intuitive experiences for our users
• Move new feature ideas effectively and expediently through an entire product development cycle
• The ability to create simple, low-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or other design tools
