Construct Sun is currently seeking the right individuals to fill immediate positions as Residential Solar Installer.

Responsibilities

Act and work in a manner that is consistent with Company Core Values, culture, and guiding principles.

Platinum rule - Treat every customer, internal and external as they would want to be treated.

Proactively engage in clear and concise communication between team members, installation coordinators, sales, subcontractors, and customers, AHJ’s, utilities.

Completing Installations In a timely fashion

Follows and promotes company policies, procedures.

Installation of Roof Mount and Ground Mount Solar Panel Systems as permitted

Attend Meetings as Scheduled

Monitor and keep company equipment/vehicles in working condition

Provide exceptional service to our customers

Perform Maintenance on installed solar panel systems

QC check installation equipment at job site prior to installation

Take photos of completed work per company policy

Communicate through channels to management and other departments as required

Qualifications

Reliable Transportation

Willing to Work Long Hours

Willing to Drive Long Distances

Ability to Follow Directions per Company and Management Policy

Great Communication

General Computer Skills

Comfortable with heights

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Constant Physical work involving standing, lifting, and crouching.

Knowledge of Photovoltaic equipment and their operating requirements
