Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps/System Architect)

Responsibilities

• Serve as hybrid system and software engineer and take ownership for scaling, automation, monitoring when the system is running in the real world
• Participate in designing and building the highly-scalable and fault-tolerant microservice systems with latest bleeding-edge technologies
• Collaborate with a fast-moving agile team to define, design and ship new features

Requirements

• Relevant degree and 3+ years solid experience in solution architecture, system administration or large scale distributed systems
• Previous DevOps experiences are preferred
• Solid experience with Linux environment
• Solid experience with a scripting language (eg. PHP / Python / JavaScript)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (eg. AWS / GCE / OpenStack)
• Previous experience in SOA / microservice system development is an advantage
• Experience with configuration management tools (eg. SaltStack / Ansible) is a plus
• Experience with continuous delivery infrastructure is a plus
• Experience with container technology in production is a plus
• Love learning and sharing new technical knowledge
