About the role: The Global Operations Center Operator is a call center responsible for physical security, access control, and safety of client facilities, and employing various systems to support incident management and communication. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be familiar with technology.

Expected Pay: $26.00/hr. A daily meal credit of $20 for duty days is also included.
Work Schedule: Shift work supporting 24 hour operations

Responsibilities

  • The Global Operations Center (GOC) Operator, under the guidance of the GOC embedded manager, is responsible for assisting our client with all concerns related to safety and security for corporate locations around the globe.
  • The individual will work in a GOC environment, monitoring several screens
  • The Operator will use a variety of tools that range from JIRA, Genetec, ADT Suite, Everbridge, and other in-house tools
  • The Operator is required to detect, analyze, and alert others of any incidents that may impact the client's people, products, property, or brand image
  • The Operator will triage all service and support requests
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
  • Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol or alerting Fire services or Police as needed
  • Monitor travel safety and security of the company's employees

Required Skills

  • Exceptional oral communication skills and ability to speak with clarity, empathy, and calmness in emergency situations
