Started in September 2022, STARSPACE is a next generational digital asset(NFT) platform built on the new Sui blockchain from the former Libra/Diem teams of Facebook(Meta). We help creators, companies, games & more define the next generation of media & incentivization for keeping consumers engaged. About the role
As a Founding Product Designer at STARSPACE your scope of responsibility may include hands-on contribution, leading and mentoring. This is a highly-visible role in STARSPACE with interaction across all levels of the leadership team (CTO, CEO, Co-Founders).
You will help design the platform from the ground up with the rest of the team into something that is unique, aggressive, & innovative. You will contribute as an individual as well as be capable of leading a team to execute on projects.
Our teams are passionate about supporting new employees and growing a diverse culture of ideas and collaboration. Our work is about using the blockchain to unlock creative potential. Our target market is composed of a variety of people including, but not limited to: gamers, collectors, speculators, etc.
The role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States, but post fundraise(1-2 months) we will be all looking to set up the core team(first 5-10 people) full time in Austin, TX. We have a mix of experience levels and backgrounds, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing, radical honesty and career growth.
What you will do at STARSPACE
Design the UI/UX
Work with the front end engineer to properly implement the design
Community with CEO/CTO to timely implement full designs
Communicate the technical results to all stakeholders in layman terms.
What you will bring to STARSPACE
4+ years or more of UI/UX design work
Creative mind at heart that wants to build something revolutionary
Hard worker that has a passion for winning at all costs
Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Keras.
Ability to communicate technical findings in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
Compensation Range
At STARSPACE, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range at offer for this role is $100,000- $199,000 + founding equity. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies and certifications.
